A Unique Care Model
HomeCaring delivers a unique team & partner-based care model that includes participants and staff as key stakeholders. We also recognise the importance of the partnership with family members, nominees, supporters, friends and medical and health care teams.
Each individual situation is different, so you can be assured that our professional care staff are carefully matched to your needs. We first take the time to listen to and understand you, to find out about your needs and goals before we then work together towards developing a unique solution.
Once the model of care is in place, there is an ongoing review and liaison to ensure that any changes in needs and goals are heard and continually being met.
“OUR AIM IS TO DELIVER GREAT DISABILITY CARE SO THAT CLIENTS CAN FOCUS ON MAKING THE MOST OF THEIR LIVES”

Home Caring is a Registered NDIS Service Provider and is committed to making the process of accessing services as simple as possible. We provide a range of services to help you maximise your NDIS funds, including in home help (daily activities, self-care), accessing social and community support, day programs, support coordination and helping participants achieve independence through Supported Independent Living options.
There are a number of different options available to you when it comes to disability care at home. However, the two main options are as folllows: Visiting care and Live-in care.
Some adults with disabilities want to maintain independence and so they don’t want a carer living with them. If this applies to you, visiting care may be more beneficial. With this, you will continue to live at home and you will have a carer who comes to visit you on a daily basis. This could be one, two, or three times per day.
Someone who is looking for visiting care will have different requirements when compared with those needing live-in care. However, the support provided will still fall in line with the list above. This includes visiting the shops, help with personal hygiene, and help with light housework and cooking, as well as companionship.
This form of care is when the disability support worker will live in the client’s home, ensuring they can help whenever the patient needs it, day or night. We make sure that the live-in care we provide is flexible to allow for the patient’s specific needs. Our sympathetic and versatile carers will evaluate the client’s daily routine, ensuring a relationship that leads to optimum well-being and reassurance.
